Check-in / Check-out:
- The hotel's official check-in is at 14:00h and check-out time is at 12:00h.
- Early check-in request is subject to occupancy on the previous night. To guarantee early check-in the hotel recommends booking the room for one extra night (prior to normal period of occupancy) at the rate listed below for the same. Hotel staff will do their best to check in guests based on flight details subject to clean rooms being available.
- In case there are no rooms available the guests can freshen up at the Spa.
- Late check-out request is subject to occupancy of the following day, on the following charges will apply:
- - Before 16:00h : 50% charge of the occupied room rate
- After 16:00h : full room rate charge

JW Marriott is located approximately 15 kilometers north of Phuket International airport, Hwy 402.
Estimated taxi fare: THB500.00 (one way) The Resort can arrange airport transportation for arriving and departing guests. Charges are as follow:
Limo Service (Mercedes Benz) THB 1,200 per car per way, maximum 3 guests (USD 39 approx.)
Van Service THB 1,300 per car per way, maximum 6 guests (USD 42 approx.)
Rates are inclusive of prevailing tax and service charges, and are net-non-commissionable.
Airport tax is not included in the abovementioned rates. 24-hour cancellation notice is required otherwise full cost will be charged on the individual's account.
We will depart from the hotel on an air-conditioned coach, driving down to Phuket town. We will visit the Chino Portuguese style building in the centre, the local handicraft shop and cashew nuts factory where we are to taste a wide variety of cashew nuts flavours e.g. chilly, sesame seed, garlic, butter, chocolate and more.
After a short shopping spree, we will pay a visit to Wat Chalong - the most famous temple of Phuket. It enshrines the gilt statues of monk-hero Luang Pho Chaem and his assistant Luang Pho Chuang, both much revered by local people because of their role in quelling the miner rebellion in 1876.
We will then continue to Kata and Karon Beaches where we will enjoy the beautiful scenery and take photos before we bring you to Patong Beach for the gala dinner at Sala Bua Restaurant.
The Gala Dinner of the Phuket meeting will take place in Sala Bua Restaurant at Patong Beach.
It is a place that offers a true romantic by-the-sea dining experience. The restaurant features both great food and good atmosphere serving extraordinary seafood from Thai to international dinner of delightful sights in a luxurious relaxing ambience that is just ideal for your special evening under the starry sky. Enjoy your outdoor dining by the sea and under the stars, start with an exotic cocktail along with the soft sounds of the in-house music, followed by savour dishes with a panoramic view of the Andaman Ocean.
