IFS Peru Exceeds Sales Projections in 2024 by over 30% Particularly Excelling in the Agricultural Sector

Their growth has been driven by the marketing of ginger, avocado, blueberries, and citrus fruits

International Freight Shipping SAC (IFS),  Conqueror member and freight forwarder in Lima and Callao, Peru, has surpassed its 2024 sales projections by over 30% compared to 2023. They achieved this remarkable success, particularly in the agricultural sector, by successfully marketing ginger, avocado, blueberries, and citrus fruits.

In 2023, IFS set ambitious goals to expand its presence in international markets, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through advanced product tracking and traceability technologies. Mrs. Mónica Chang, Overseas Network Manager, states, “Exceeding our sales projections by over 30% demonstrates that we have aligned our focus and strategy with market needs. This success reflects the hard work of our entire team and the trust of our customers.”

The growth and achievements of IFS in 2024 will directly benefit customers by providing more efficient and reliable logistics solutions. “Seeing how our efforts translate into tangible successes motivates us to continue working with the same dedication and commitment,” Mrs. Chang added. Additionally, one of the most significant contributions to this growth was the export of a large batch of avocados to Asia in 2023. This shipment stood out due to its volume and the speed of delivery, achieved through improvements in logistics and the cold chain.

However, the agricultural sector presents unique challenges, including product perishability, climate fluctuations, and international regulations. IFS addresses these challenges by implementing advanced temperature monitoring and control technologies, establishing specialized strategic partnerships. Moreover, they make sure to maintain constant communication with partners and customers to quickly adapt to any changes.

Looking ahead to 2024, IFS anticipates solid growth in handling larger cargo volumes, especially in the agricultural sector. The company plans to expand its international distribution network, focusing on emerging markets and strengthening strategic partnerships. Additionally, continuous monitoring will ensure customers have complete control over their shipments, improving efficiency and reducing delivery times.
